Deposit only due for registration. Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if available. Balance is collected 96 hours (i.e. 4 days) before the start of the first day of camp. Customers must cancel their registration at least 96 hours (i.e. 4 days) before the start of the first day of camp to avoid paying the balance.

Terms and Conditions, Effective 9/07/2023 You agree that class attendance is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not register for a class. “Youngstirs” is an unregistered trade name of Stir Studio Kitchen, Inc. and is not legally separate from Stir Studio Kitchen, Inc. Basic definitions in this document: (1) “Stir Studio Kitchen” means Stir Studio Kitchen, Inc., an entity incorporated in the State of Ohio; (2) “Site” means www.cookatyoungstirs.com; (3) “Our(s),” “We,” and “Us” means Stir Studio Kitchen, the Site, and extends to the business together with all owners, partners, and employees; (4) “You(‘re),” “Your,” or “Customer” mean a website visitor/user, account holder, class purchaser, class participant or any other user of our Services; (5) “Service(s)” means use of and anything provided on our Site, excluding third party links, and attendance, participation, product(s), and any instruction offered and/or provided by/at Stir Studio Kitchen. “Service(s)” also includes any other product or service that we offer or provide to you that references this Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Terms”). Privacy Policy Stir Studio Kitchen does not add your email address to mailing lists, nor does Stir Studio Kitchen use your personal information for any marketing purpose. Stir Studio Kitchen does not share your email address or any other private information about you with others, except as required by law. By attending a cooking class or event, you are granting Stir Studio Kitchen permission to use photographic and/or video images of you for the purpose of marketing, publicizing, and promoting Stir Studio Kitchen. Attending class waives any right to be compensated for the use of your image and releases Stir Studio Kitchen from liability for any claims, where such claims arise out of or relate to Stir Studio Kitchen’s use of your image. Limitation of Liability You agree to the fullest extent allowed by law, to release any and all claims you may have against us, our owners, managers, members, employees and other representatives (hereinafter, “Agreement Beneficiary”) relating to or arising out of any property damage, personal injury or illness you may incur while attending or participating in a cooking class. You also agree to pay any costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by any Agreement Beneficiary to enforce these Terms. You consent that these Terms are deemed to have been made in the State of Ohio and Ohio law will apply to interpretation and enforcement. You hereby release and agree to hold Stir Studio Kitchen harmless from, and waive on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to yourself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of Stir Studio Kitchen, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Stir Studio Kitchen. You understand that this release discharges Stir Studio Kitchen from any liability or claim that you, your heirs, or any personal representatives may have against Stir Studio Kitchen with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Stir Studio Kitchen. This liability waiver and release extends to the school together with all owners, partners, and employees.
